She went to Quick Lube and they could not have been more helpful, courteous, hospitable, etc. They took off the part that was dragging and ... This place is so good. My oil change literally takes like 9-10 minutes. I wait in the car, they do their thing, they offer me a free car wash across the street, and I am on my way. They have 3 bays, so there is hardly ever a line. The staff is SO FRIENDLY. Seriously, no joke. They treat you like family and ask how you are doing, etc..
